This is an easy one people!
*Enough Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or tenders to feed your family (I typically do 6 breasts or 15 tenders)
*Large Bottle of your Favorite Salsas
Optional: You can add additional ingredients if you would like. Throw in a sliced onion, add some garlic, peppers, etc.
Place chicken on the bottom of the crock pot. Add additional ingredients if desired. Pour salsa over the top (I usually stir the ingredients once it’s in the crockpot as the chicken tends to cook together). Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
The chicken turns out so tender it will just fall apart. Serve over rice, a Southwest salad, or it is delicious by itself.
