Steak Kabobs



2 lb boneless top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 zuchinni or summer squash, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 white onions, cut into small wedges
2 cups cubed pineapple


Combine steak, soy sauce and garlic powder in a Ziplock freezer bag. Marinate 30 minutes, or longer as desired.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Drizzle 2 Tbsp oil over vegetables and tossing to coat.

Alternate steak, vegetable and pineapple onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water while preparing the meal.  That way they will not burn on the grill)

Sprinkle skewers with salt and pepper; place on grill cooking to desired doneness.
