2 pound(ish) Pork Tenderloin
1/8 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Cream
Salt & Pepper
Pre-heat grill to medium heat. (Can also be cook on a skillet)
Butterfly tenderloin (cut it in half length-wise) to create two pieces. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Place on grill and cook until temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Combine Dijon mustard and cream.
Once meat is completely cooked, place on a serving platter, and while warm, spread with dijon mixture
