Buttermilk Chicken


2 Tablespoons butter
6 chicken breasts
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups buttermilk


Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.  Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a mixing bowl. Rinse chicken pieces with water and then place in flour mixture to coat.  Place coated chicken in the baking dish and bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes.

Combine cream of chicken soup and buttermilk. Pour over chicken and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
