Pork Pitas

Ingredients

1 lb. shredded pork (I always keep a container from Costco or Sam’s Club in my freezer)
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Shredded cheese
Pita pockets
Salsa (we love Jack’s salsa from Costco)
Lettuce

Directions

Combine pork, tomato, onion.

Fill Pita pockets.

Layer with cheese, salsa and lettuce, and enjoy!
