4 Chicken Breasts (adjust to family size)
1 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place chicken in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Combine salsa, mustard and lime juice. Spread over chicken.
Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Top each breast with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy.
