1 ½ lb chicken tenders
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
¾ cup flour
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 Tablespoons oil
2 cups marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs in a shallow bowl.
Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder and thyme in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken in beaten egg; dredge in flour mixture. Place in roasting pan rubbed with oil. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is done and lightly browned.
Place marinara sauce in bowl and microwave until heated.
Serve chicken topped with sauce. Enjoy!
